Mark 8:27 And Jesus went on with his disciples, to the villages of Caesare’a Philip’pi; and on the way he asked his disciples, “Who do men say that I am?” 28 And they told him, “John the Baptist; and others say, Eli’jah; and others one of the prophets.” 29 And he asked them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered him, “You are the Christ.”
I am just meditating on God’s Word and it is so GOOD. Who do you say that I am? Jesus told Peter when Peter responded, flesh and blood did not reveal that, but my Father in Heaven. My question to you is who revealed Jesus to you? Was it flesh and blood or my Father in Heaven. Are you receiving the word from Man or from God? Are you reading the Word so you can believe? Or are you reading because you believe?
If man reveals Jesus then man has to continue to reveal him to you and explain to you who he is and how much he loves you. Your flesh has to constantly be stoked by man. When Jesus reveals himself to you NO MAN has to tell you how much Jesus Loves You and even what he has done for you. The Spirit will reveal truth. You won’t have to go to Man’s school to learn of God; God himself will teach you.
Whoever you are birth from is who you learn from. If you were born from Man you learn from Man. If you are born of God, you learn from God. He is a GREAT TEACHER.
Again, Who do you say that I am?
